About Anna Victoria........

Anna Victoria is a small Cornish family run business. The company was founded in 2009 by talented textile artist Anna Victoria Bridle, after winning a place on the prestigious UCP (Unlocking Cornish Potential) Graduate Business Start-Up Programme. Anna graduated from Manchester University in 2004, where she studied Printed Textile design.  

Buckinghamshire born Anna, spent most of her childhood in rural Cheshire. She has many fond memories of carefree holidays in Cornwall, of salty cliff top walks, beautiful rustic beaches and the relaxed, fresh pace of life. When her parents retired early and relocated to Cornwall 10 years ago, Anna was quick to follow suit. After a busy spell working in retail as a fashion buyer in Manchester, Cornwall offered the perfect backdrop to realise her artistic potential and Anna Victoria was born. 

Our Inspiration

Today from her busy creek-side studio in a picturesque fishing village near Truro, Anna produces a range of wonderfully quirky and characterful designs. Her eclectic design-led artwork is ultimately inspired by her beautiful Cornish home, vintage textile prints, patterns and kitsch colour fusions. She cleverly and painstakingly combines traditional detailed hand-drawn illustrations, stitched, printed and collage found fabric with digital applications. 

What's New

In 2012, Anna licensed a selection of designs to McLaggan Smith, a leading producer and distributor of high quality bone china mugs.  We have also been working closely with a number of UK and international publishers developing stunning stationery collections which are currently on sale in high end stores worldwide with others to be launched during 2013. Closer to home, Anna Victoria is now actively designing to add to its popular range of greetings cards with a beautiful new range to be launched SS 2013. Watch this space!
